"We had a clean room. the staff was very nice, we enjoyed the outdoor pool very much! The breakfast in the morning was very nice as well. My only issue was the noise coming from other rooms and the very loud AC unit that we had. I went into another friend's room and saw a more updated one that was quiet. "I was really disappointed with our stay. We arrived to find food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest and a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rod, which immediately made us question the cleanliness of the room. The entire hotel also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Getting our room key to work was like playing Russian roulette—it worked sometimes, but most of the time it didn’t, making it frustrating every time we returned to our room. "The walls are very thin and even though the hotel was not full they put us all in one end of the hallway. Lots of noise from the surrounding rooms."
