Very clean and modern hotel, the staff were very helpful. The only downside to my shorts day was that for breakfast service was not clearly enough labelled as either Japanese or western. Otherwise an excellent hotel I could recommend to anyone.

Thoroughly enjoyed my two night stay with half board, it felt really pampering and luxurious and excellent value for money. My Japanese style room was enormous and very comfortable. Having the onsen baths just a few floors down meant that I could enjoy it in just a few moments from leaving my room. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, surrounded by nature (if you don’t have a car then it takes a couple of hours to see the local sights). The rooms are traditional with great views, and super authentic. The set dinners and breakfasts are the best I’ve had, and were something to look forward to. There is a selection of onsens including the opportunity to hire private ones for those who aren’t confident of sharing more public pools. A highlight of the trip so far
