They took a while to find our Expedia reservation, our room had a foul smell, the shower drains were clogged and almost flooded our rooms. The room designs are strange with partial bathroom doors. Staff were very kind, responsive, and accommodating."

Several things wrong with the room like a sink that would barely drain, mosquitos in room, spotty internet, safe didn't work, noise as we were put near the utility closet where at 4:00 AM everybody would just let bang. very disappointed. Who wrote these good reviews, must be employees."

"An older but decent resort with clean rooms, professional staff, a broad range of options from the restaurant menu, and a clean beach that can be walked for miles. Good internet connection throughout the resort. Parking is not on the property but about 150ft away. Access to the property across the riverside portion by footbridge. Unexpected but just fine if you bring rolling luggage or a backpack."
