"Room was clean, just small attention to the details were missing, like tiles grout and glass on the balcony need some cleaning improvement. Staff were not overly friendly and welcoming at check in. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Outdoor and indoor pools were amazing. Overall, our experience was very good and we will definitely come back. Location is unbeatable. "Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl das Hotel einen eigenen Frühstücksraum hat war dieses außerhalb in einem anderen Hotel und äußerst spartanisch (5 zur Wahl mit nur einem Getränk). Der Zimmerservice kommt zwar täglich bemerkt jedoch nicht ein (schwarz durch Wimperntusche) verschmiertes Kopfkissen. Die Lage des Hotel ist jedoch klasse um das ganze Land gut zu erreichen. Resümee - ich würde wieder kommen. "

"The room was very dirty - mould in the bathroom, marks on the walls, cracked bathroom mirror, broken ventilation with wires coming out, dirty towels. We asked to clean the floor in the room twice and manager just laughed at us. The assistant manager explained this is apparently the standard in Montenegro and she appreciates this is below expectations. Which is not true as next hotel we stayed was sparkles clean. Rude property manager as well."

"The staff was wonderful and very helpful. But I had higher expectations from a five star hotel, specifically the hotel grounds. The areas that are finished are great, but there is still construction going on 1/3 of the property that is closed off. The dining options were acceptable, but there didn’t seem to be enough staff. The rooms themselves need towel, racks and hooks as there is nowhere to put your towels. The location is OK if you’re traveling by car, but it is absolutely not walkable at...
