"Outside the property looks great. When we arrived there was a urine smell on the first floor. There was a paper sign taped to the elevator that said out of order. We stayed 3 nights and the elevator was never repaired. Breakfast was a disaster. The waffle iron didn’t get hot enough and the pancake maker was broken. "The property was rather lacking. Upon arrival, the receptionist sent me to a dirty room, then switched me. On the second day, I was sick, and a different receptionist was very helpful in finding an urgent care near the hotel."

"The breakfast was great - lots of choice Staff was nice. The pillows were too thin and paint was pealing on the bathroom ceiling. The rest of the property was clean and well maintained."

Only one (of two) working and it was either so slow or full of cleaning staff with huge piles of linen on very small trolleys. So I walked up and down fire stairs to my fourth floor room. My room was cleaned once in 4 days which makes me wonder what all those cleaning staff did! The front reception staff need...

"For the price, the hotel isn’t terrible, but could definitely use some upgrading and maintenance. The elevator moved very slowly and was loud like it was struggling. The A/C in my room was very loud and barely blowing, and the ceilings in my room were cracked all the way around and down the middle. Property was clean overall, but definitely needs some work."
