"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here."

We were aware and prepared for the parking situation ahead of time. We thought we would try to save some money and self park though instead of valet. "Hotel Celare is a great hotel at the edge of the University of Cincinnati main campus. It was modern, clean and comfortable. Very convenient when visiting UC. Highly recommend!"

"Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park."

"We were over charged for the room rate by $86, the pool was out of order which was highly inconvenient, the front door staff weren’t super friendly, and the tv wasn’t functioning. I’ll definitely book somewhere else next time."
