"Absolute best wonderful hotel"

"We had the best time the kids love the arcade especially the picture booth I have no idea how much money they spent but I know they spent all Mom and Dad's money. LOL the gentleman who was cleaning during the day a supervisor I'm not sure but he helped our daughter find her pictures she had accidentally left in the arcade the night before that made this experience so much better it was the helpfulness in the willingness to help us out so thank you and will definitely stay again"

"We stayed in Winfield for our son’s wedding and booked four rooms for the weekend for family. Some stayed three nights, others two. Unfortunately, none of us would stay here again. Our bed felt like a mattress on a board, and I woke with hip and lower back pain that worsened over the stay. We were told there were no other rooms available when we asked to switch. Other family members said their beds were somewhat better, but experiences varied. The AC/heater units were very loud and rattled. In two rooms, the sink was outside the bathroom, which was inconvenient since there was no bathroom mirror. One toilet was visibly stained, which was off-putting. Positives included large, working TVs and carpet that seemed fine. However, several fans were placed in the second-floor hallway for unknown reasons. A major issue was the strong marijuana smell throughout both floors. When mentioned to staff, the response was simply “yeah” with no action taken. The key card entrance system also did not appear to be working. Our sons’ room had a serious issue with the water—it had a strong, unpleasant smell, so they avoided showering and used bottled water to brush their teeth. The hotel overall feels very dated with little to no updates. The continental breakfast looked minimal, though we did not try it. Overall, it met the basic need of lodging for a family event, but cleanliness, maintenance, and responsiveness were disappointing."

"I wasn’t expecting much for such a small, out of the way hotel. But I was pleasantly surprised. Clean and quiet and very nice staff. Breakfast was mid, but that’s kind of the norm for this kind of hotel."

"Place was clean but it is an older motel. Once you get over the age, you realize that it is clean and maintained for its age."

"The maids deserve the biggest compliment! For how outdated and gross the overall hotel was, the maids did the best they could with what they were given. But the hotel is due for a remodel. It works if you need cheap! "

"There is a $100 refundable deposit to stay here. It takes about 2 day for it to come back on your card. The property for the price is great though "
