During a stay in Dhaka, Bangladesh, I booked one room out of Hotels.com in a hotel from February 2 to 6, 2024. Hotels.com sent me an email confirming my booking and payment. But when I got to the hotel reception, there was no sign of my booking, and the hotel manager told me...

"Brilliant place to stay, about fifteen minutes from airport after long flight. Rooms great, restaurants great, facilities great. The only downside that it is rather remote on the road from airport and if one wants to dine out, its a taxi ride, but as a pensioner, suits one hundred percent"
