"I love the beach view and the balcony. Nice staff. Very walkable to a lot of restaurants and the beach. And good spread for breakfast buffet. 1 thing I didn’t like: the loud music that kept me up until midnight. I chose Himare because according to my research, it’s quiet and less parties. I guess it wasn’t the case during my stay."

"This may be the only time a hotel far exceeded its photos and website. What a beautiful property! And the staff were always kind and helpful, yet without being overbearing and fussy. Special kudos to Frensis and Don (??) at the reception desk. Our room was spotless and offered all the amenities we needed. Other reviews have mentioned small rooms and showers or furniture that should be updated. But we found quite the opposite—a large, sparkling room and bathroom, with clean, spare, modern decor. I can’t recommend Rapos enough!"

"It’s a nice place, but it’s far from the green coast and the beaches (at least a 30min walk) and it’s on very steep uphill so beware if you're walking or are driving a manual car. Otherwise good value for the money."
