"The room was totally different than what’s advertised here. A garden view room has literally NO view at all. Welcome drink was served in a cracked glass. Bed pillows were very uncomfortable. Basic toiletries were not there in the washroom. The tap water was disgustingly smelly. No consideration about hygiene. Not going to recommend this hotel to anyone.
Also, the hotel advertises that it has a private beach where as none of the hotel at this particular island has a concept of private beach....

The genuine joy and hospitality they extended turned my stay into a wonderful memory I look forward to visiting again soon and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and a sense of home away from home"
