"The facility and accommodations were excellent. Listening to the waves break on the shore, at breakfast and nighttime was extremely therapeutic and I would recommend the resort to anyone. I must mention, though, that upon check in I was offered a lower rate room than what I had paid for and had to pay extra for the upgrade. Fortunately for me I had my receipt from Expedia and this was used to sort out the discrepancy, resulting in no additional cost to me. Point to note, ensure you have proof of payment, when made in advance."

"The hotel staff, especially the housekeeping team, were outstanding. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. I only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was well prepared and enjoyable. The hotel itself is in need of updates, primarily cosmetic improvements. I experienced air-conditioning issues in my original room and had to be moved. The new room also had a problem with the shower. However, in both cases, the staff responded immediately and resolved the issues as quickly as possible. It seemed to me that the staff may be working with limited resources when it comes to property updates, but they more than make up for it with their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction. Their exceptional service was the highlight of my stay.”"

"The room was great, exceptional view. The only thing that was a little off-putting was having to ask for towels. There were no face towels or wash cloths. The breakfast was good and all except for the last staff member we encountered on the day before we left was very pleasant and helpful. All in all we had a very wonderful stay and have been recommending this hotel as a must anytime in Tobago."

"What an incredible place! The villa is absolutely beautiful, but what truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality. We celebrated our anniversary here, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated like family while still enjoying the privacy and respect of a luxury getaway. The service exceeded every expectation. When they mentioned their additional dining service, I had no idea we would be enjoying meals prepared with a true private-chef experience. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay unforgettable. We created wonderful memories here and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!"
