"Everything was fantastic "

"Dirty, bad area, overpriced and horrible ownership with zero customer service. I genuinely don’t understand how this place has the ratings it does. Beds were clean, no bugs but the first thing we saw when we walked in the room was a big greasy handprint on the wall. We laughed it off. Later in the day realized there were yellow liquid streaks down the bathroom wall with mildew in areas and toothpaste splatter on the wall above the sink. We (my sister and I) were visiting for our mothers funeral so we just wanted a place to sleep and didn’t think it was worth even mentioning. On the morning of our 4th and final nights stay the owner became hostile about use not receiving room service during our stay because I requested a roll of toilet paper. We had no idea they considered daily housekeeping to be mandatory, that was never mentioned anywhere. I didn’t care if they wanted to check the room and make sure we weren’t trashing it but we genuinely just wanted to be left alone and due to my sisters migraines didn’t want a bunch of fragrances cleaning supplies being used. To keep things short the owner called the police after my sister politely asked to see their policies so we can avoid an issue like this in the future. Police agreed hotel was being unreasonable but mentioned multiple times they have a lot of issues and it’s a bad area. We were never refunded and we kicked out just hours after burying our mother. STAY AWAY!"

"No smoking, but entire property smells like weed - including our room. Stains on top blanket. Stains on sheet. Headboard had old double sided tape glue all over it, like something was recently removed. Bottom drawer kept opening bu itself. Budget and clean is great. This dirty place sucks."

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. For the price this hotel charges, the level of service and basic amenities was shockingly poor. First of all, housekeeping never came to clean our room, even though we were gone the entire day. We returned expecting the room to at least be tidied up, trash emptied, or the bed straightened, but nothing had been touched. It felt like we were completely forgotten. The bathroom situation was just as frustrating. The shower head was positioned in such a way that the water shot directly at you the second you turned it on, making it impossible to adjust comfortably without getting blasted. On top of that, we never received additional towels during our stay, which is a pretty basic expectation at any hotel. The toiletries were also lacking. There was no conditioner provided, which is a very standard amenity almost everywhere these days. For a hotel charging such high prices, cutting corners on something that simple feels cheap and careless. But the most unbelievable part? There wasn’t even complimentary breakfast. Considering how expensive this place was, not offering even a basic breakfast option felt like the final insult. Most hotels, especially ones charging premium rates, include something for guests in the morning, but apparently not here. Overall, the experience felt overpriced, poorly managed, and lacking the most basic hospitality standards. I absolutely would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone."

"The room was clean and on the 1st floor and I was able to park car in front of my room window. Bed was comfortable and sufficient comfy pillows. Loved the zero walk in shower with handicapped bars on 3 sides. Room was large and comfy with Refrigerator & ice maker close to the room. Breakfast was typical Coffee, juice & waffles but scrambled eggs & sausage and biscuits also available, which was a pleasant surprise. "
