"Old style but impeccably kept hotel. Like the good old days and it is well located, just two blocks from the train station and three blocks from the Duomo. The rooms and hotel in general are beautiful. The operation is run great and the service is very efficient but don’t expect to get any smiles from the personnel. They do their job, well done but there is a lot of arrogance still. Also the rooms don’t have easy access plugins. I have to use only the one in the bathroom, the others are behind...

The entire hotel was simply amazing. The staff was perfect. Everyone was incedibly helpful and a delight to interact with. The lobby staff gave us some incredible recommendations for dinner at Osterias locals enjoy. Best steak I've ever had. We cant wait to come back."
