After finding out that the money was taken as well from the bank we asked hotel.com for support, however the Aelbistan hotel reject double billing and no support at all. "Its a friendly and clean hotel and good facilities our only real gripe is it gives you a list in your room of all you can have for breakfast and we had Turkish breakfast and an omelette and a coffee and on checking out they added a charge for the omelettes and coffee with I thought was wrong as we payed b&b and was not told there was an extra charge until we checked out "
