"The hotel was very nice. After arriving, I contacted the hotel to see if there was shuttle service. Spoke to Amit who stated the roads were flooded and it would be about 1 1/2 hours before they can send someone. We decided to take taxi service instead. Arrived, we were greeted and checked in by Amit. He was very knowledgeable and polite. The first room we were given, the window was frosted and we couldn’t see out. The AC in my room was making extra noise and therefore disturbed my sleep.
The staff tried to resolve the problem but without success.
They said a new unit would be installed nevertheless it wasn’t done.
The hotel is quite worn and could use some touching up.
