"The rooms were an adequate size for an overnight stay. I had to clean the bottom of the coffee pot before use. The shower pressure was great, and they had shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer. Great place for the price and location."

"We used the hotel as a stopping base for days in Bruges and Lille. Staff were really welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. Parking was on the streets and as my wife has mobility problems they reserved a space outside the doors..also able to use a secured garage. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and easily accessible. Absolutely no complaints with restaurant and bar. If we do something similar wouldn't hesitate in booking again"

"Very impressive hotel. Plenty of available parking and on arriving the staff at reception were helpful, friendly and ensured our check in was quick and easy. Lovely bar and restaurant where we ate as it was extremely well presented/decorated/furnished. My room was large and well appointed and like the rest of the hotel nicely furnished /decorated and it makes a pleasant change to a lot of hotel rooms to have both a large shower and large bath. Both our evening meal and breakfast were excellent....

"I had a lovely short stay at ParkHotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. Nestled in the city centre, it’s surrounded by beautiful cafes and restaurants offering a fantastic selection of food and drinks. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the train station. There’s a car park and I noticed some electric chargers – I’m not sure if they’re hotel-owned. The toiletries in the room were great and the bed was big and comfortable. Coffee and tea were also provided. Thank you"

"Keine Klimaanlage und keine Ventilatoren, obwohl uns bei der Buchung zugesichert wurde, dass jedes Zimmer mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet ist. Nach unserer Nachfrage vor Ort wurde uns gesagt, dass keine Ventilatoren mehr verfügbar seien obwohl an der Rezeption mehrere Ventilatoren sichtbar standen. In unserem Zimmer herrschten Temperaturen von über 40 Grad, sodass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Wenn man das Fenster öffnete, kamen sofort unzählige Mücken ins Zimmer. Unter diesen Umständen war ein...
