"There was no housekeeping drive in our room when we checked-in. The floor was dusty, there were insects , lizards , cobwebs , spiders and everything else you can imagine in our room. The staff was not at all cooperative. The quality of the materials used for construction in the room are very poor. ..."

I can honestly say that this is the first negative review we have ever left for a hotel so it is not something that we find joy in doing.
