"Hotel was excellent. Staff friendly, room was beautiful only issues I had was no microwave in room, AC in common area was not working well, Wifi in room not great Have stayed here few years ago. Restaurant inside hotel serves excellent western/philipino food Breakfast is amazing. Special shout out to Ilosa (front desk) Jerwin restaurant. "

"The room is sizeable, bathroom is clean, room is comfy and bedsheets arè clean but mattress needs changing, there are ticks, pricking me when laying down i have to use towels to double up my sheets but still i can feel the bites. Kudos to the 3am staff that processed our check out, he was extra helpful in finding us transpo going to the bus terminal since it was 3am. He is hardworking. "

"food option is satisfactory, basic bath toiletries were provided, i like that they provide water heater for coffee or tea, the shower water pressure is low, barely water coming out. staff is friendly, breakfast dining staff is great. "

"the included bf food option is so so, toiletries is next to none, only a tiny bar soap, no daily housekeeping. not much necessities in the room, blanket is too thin, this inn basically has the same price of the previous one i stayed but the latter was way better in providing comfort and convenience to guests such as satiafactory bf choices, water heater for coffee or tea"
