"The front desk attendant was wonderful. So helpful, polite, and nice. However, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was half-eaten food and trash just hanging out all over the perimeter of the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the main reason I booked this property, and didn't get to use it due to its condition."

"This is supposed to be an extended stay place. And even tho I only needed 1 night, I found it odd and annoying that there were ZERO in room amenities. No shampoo, soap, lotion, face wipes, hair dryer, nothing. No dishes or silverware. Sparse towels (one per guest). No in room coffee and coffee in the lobby is behind two card keyed doors. Speaking of doors, the doors on these rooms are large and heavy! EVERYTIME anyone in the hallway left their room, you heard the doors slam. All. Night. Long....
