"Absolutely love this place..the staff are very happy and friendly the room was very clean..the drinks got brought to your table and breakfast was delicious..the menu in the knights restaurant the food was to die for iam definitely going back .a very big thank you."

"Overall experience ok, staff friendly but only one staff at the morning breakfast and have to wait for 20 mins just to order.
Room was basic for Bannatyne standard. The standard double bed was very uncomfortable as it was combination of 2 beds joined together leaving the gap in the middle. Shower was flooded and toilet flush buttons not working properly. A bit dissappointed."

"Cleanliness was excellent, no restaurant for most of my stay. Walls in room are paper thin, so can hear everything in next room!
Overall, booking in process very good, room was very good… maybe don’t place guesses in rooms next to staff, especially if they are ill and cough all night long!!! "

"Property clean and convenient to Seaham. Two short flights of stairs to rooms with 3 sets of doors to go through. No lift and no help to get luggage to room. Registration at bar and staff was busy with patrons so check in and out took time. Parking on site. Security good. "
