"お正月過ぎに利用しました。 ホテルは値段相当な感じでした。強いて言えば、 シャワーの出が弱かった感じします。 ホテルの方は親切で安心して宿泊出来ました。早朝到着でしたが、お部屋が空いていたのかすぐチェックイン出来、良かったです。 また、立地的には近くにヴァンハンモールがあったり、飲食店も多い場所になります。 何気に寄った屋台のご飯が美味しかったです。中心部からは3〜4㎞離れており、バイクタクシーが便利でした。 チョロンにも比較的近く楽しめました。 中心部のホテルも良いかもですが、また利用したいです。"

"If faulty towers had been designed like Mar a Lago, you would have this place. All the glitz and glamour,but room service only every 2 days with no fresh towels. Chandelier in the lobby but with all the lights turned off to save power in the evening. Staff sleep on the golden couches in the lobby and treat you as in interruption to their day. If you have another ther choice of hotel, Take it."

It’s a huge accomplishment for the staff to be available and attentive at a compact yet busy facility like this one. Kelly has been a particular star who went above and beyond in helping me navigate a food poisoning I acquired when eating out - including even making a booking at a local clinic and the best raw ginger tea I’ve had in my life.
