"I stayed first time in this hotel, all of staffs are always try to do best service, it is the most impressive for me, breakfast is good for Pho Bo and other western and Vietnamese dishes I really enjoyed. Facility is very old but try to clean up good conditions, if possible, could you please put 1 or 2 laundry machine with detergent and rinse in that case more better for many tourists and business trip persons, so far I think one of the best reasonable hotel in Saigon, cheers,"

"Advantage: Location is in D3 and not far to D1 by motobike. Room is big enough , including kitchen、Kitchenware and tables. Disadvantage: The worst is cooking smells from other rooms. And towels were clean ,but look like had been used several times. And same as bedding. Overall the C/P value is pretty high for tourist who like big room."
