"I booked on expedia, when I got there they only had a smoking room, they cancelled the reservation on their end, I stayed at a different hotel, they still charged me and refused to refund it. I was traveling my my small child and my father who has emphysema, and they admitted 2 other people had already complained that the smell of smoke was so bad, that they had cancelled also."
