"Rooms were very run down and many items broken or in poor condition like couches, lights and mini refrigerators. Also the beds very springy. Breakfast was good some days but sparse. The room cleaning would only occur if you requested 24 hours in advance but this was not shared during check in. If you stay near the pool the whole area has very strong chlorine smell. And there is a lot of carpet throughout the faciliy and rooms that is dated."

"Housekeeping was a problem. Original room we checked into looked like the maid had laid on the bed and never straightened it afterward. Second room they put us in had a used washcloth in the shower. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel. They just need to fix their housekeeping staff/process."

They took great care with their guests' breakfast choices, kept the seating area well cleaned during transition of guests. Omar, specifically was focused on his role and care to guests each morning. "The listing was deluxe king suite with a bedroom, kitchen and dining area that slept 5. I walked Into one room, one bed and a giant hot tub in the middle of the room. Not the listing i booked At all. Whole hotel smells like weed. People live in the hotel so there’s belongings and people standing and being all around the building all night long. The fire department was called due to someone smoking in their room. Overall i dont Think I’d book here again."
