Klima yetersizdi. Temizlik yetersizdi. Yastık kılıfında ve yatak nevresiminde lekeler vardı. Havlular çok eskiydi. Şampuan ve sabunlar hem kalitesiz hem de yetersizdi. Lavabo musluğunun pozisyonu yüzünden elimi yüzümü rahat yıkayamadım. 4 yıldızı ve hizmetin karşılığında alınan ücreti hak etmiyor. Tek gece konaklamama rağmen yaşadıklarım bunlardı.

Diyarbekir İlinin merkezi yerinde bulunan Plaza Hotel, klasmanının hizmetini içtenlikle müşteri memnuniyetini sağlayacak şekilde çaba gösteren personeli ile en uygun şekilde vermektedir. Nispeten eski olan otelin temizlik hizmeti gayet güzel olup, özellikle sabah kahvaltısını çok beğendik, orada Bitlis otlu peynirini tatmanızı tavsiye ederim. Teşekkürler Plaza Hotel Diyarbekir.

The property was nice and so was the staff. The only cons was that some of the amenities announced were not open (for example, the roof top restaurant. I think the spa too). Also, for some reason, the toilet papers rolls in my bedroom were never replaced so after I personally asked some new ones in the beginning it got to the point where I went out and bought a bunch of them so I wouldn't have to worry anymore. But these are minor details. The breakfast is excellent, the location is calm and close to the city center, the bedrooms are pretty nice (except for the weird absence of clothes hangers), the staff doesn't speak much English but with a little help from google translator they are always ready to help and serve. Given the reasonable price at the time of my stay vis-à-vis the quality of services and infrastructure I rate my stay as mostly positive. The city of Diyarbakir is calm, nice and very welcoming, overall I enjoyed my stay. The only downside was the behavior of the police, who twice stopped me on the streets in not the nicest way for apparent no reason, I can't say I felt very welcomed by them but everybody else was beyond friendly, extremely kind and I had a good time.

Fiyat uygun.

Otelin hiçbirşeyi 4 yıldız ayarında bile değil. Neyseki fiyatıda değil. O sebeple tercih edilibilir. Konum iyi. Park sorunu yok. Ancak daha öncede konakladığım bir otel olmasına rağmen giriştede çıkıştada resepsiyon görevlisi bayanlarla kısa süreli bir ihtilaf yaşadım.
