"Excellent hotel, very traditional decor inline with its vast history. Great location on the train platform and next to the gondola. Free bus outside to Myrkdalen resort( great place for beginners to cross country and alpine skiing) very clean with amazing food. Helpful and friendly staff make sure you stay is comfortable. Spa facilities were fantastic as well. In the room the only thing was there was no coat hooks to hang outdoor coats. Electric Towel rail in the bathroom didn’t seem to work but this wasn’t an issue as there was under floor heating so things dried. "
