"We unfortunately had a very challenging time during our stay. Several things were either broken or not working. For example in the bathroom, the shower door did not close, the toilet seat was broken and the top drawer was also broken. In the room, our fridge did not work and the air conditioning would randomly stop working. When we got there, the WIFI was not functioning but they gave us a separate router to use. On our last day, the water in the bathroom was not working either. "

My first experience of their excellence was their prompt and accomodating responses to my email. I loved Ranka even before physically seeing her. She was the one responding to my emails and the very first staff that we saw. We had a very warm and pleasant welcome. My room decor, my birthday dinner setup, my floating breakfast. Made lots of great memories here. Husband planned a surprise birthday celebration with them and they delivered excellently. I loved every freebie that gave me as the celebrant 😊. The hotel itself and it's environment is serene, sparkling clean and spotless. All the staff we had contact with were nothing short of amazing 😍. I was always looking forward to breakfast 😌. We had their best seller for my birthday dinner and it was sumptuous (Njeguski steak). Overall, we had an excellent vacation here.
