"Clean room- mattress a bit too firm for my liking. Pet-friendly- unable to bring dogs into bar or restaurant, which makes it a bit tricky when animals cannot be left unattended in the rooms. Car park is a bit tricky to navigate- very tight. Staff is very friendly and attentive, we especially liked David. Good location. Recommend! "

"The Golden Tulip Hotel in Varna truly exceeded my expectations. The room was absolutely amazing and incredibly spacious. I was impressed by how clean and comfortable everything felt. The breakfast was very good and provided a great start to the day. The receptionist and the security officer were both extremely kind. They helped me with every request and made me feel very welcome. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. I genuinely felt valued as a guest. This hotel deserves a full five star rating. I would happily stay here again."

"Great location close to the beach, we were on the ground floor so there was a bit of noise from the road but it was alright, the bed was incredibly comfy! We arrived very late in the night after a long travel delay but the staff kindly left our room key/check in details by the reception as it was closed by then. Thanks for a comfortable stay!"
