"Stayed at the Percy hotel whilst on business and have to say the room and facilities were excellent. One standout was the restaurant which I dined in on both evenings. Speciality is the steaks and the Tuesday steak offer where I had a 16oz rump which I gave to say was the best cut of meat I have had in a very longtime. I would definitely put it on my must visit again places"

"We have reported a fridge problem in our room as soon we arrived. The receptionist mentioned that the maintenance team has already left but someone will come and have a look. Noone came even though i have enquired twice again. Each time i was told that a person will come to check the fridge as soon as they finish in a different room. "We love staying in older hotels with character, beautiful architecture and lovely gardens, so Wotton House seemed the perfect choice. The location was ideal for visiting friends, and the grounds, restaurant and bar were all excellent. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with Britain’s heat wave. "We only stayed for one night but had a really lovely evening! The staff were very friendly, the pub/hotel have been recently refurbished and it's great. The rooms have everything you'd need, comfy bed, great shower, lovely lighting, loads of plugs! The bar and food was great. Overall really lovely and we'll stay again as we're often down to visit family."

Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated.
