"the first room we checked into, the fridge was leaking on the floor. front desk immediately gave us a different room and some snacks for the trouble. the rooms do not have carpet, so they are a little noisy. especially when the neighbors were having a rowdy good time. the bathroom light fixture only had one side working and the shower door did not close all the way. the shampoo and conditioner supplied smelled amazing! the bed was comfortable."

"My sister and I stayed for 5 days during the end of May. We did not use the pool but we did sit outside by the fire pit each night with the gas fire burning. A little chilly but was quiet and peaceful and we loved it. The continental breakfast was always great with everything a person would want. I loved the handheld shower, amazing water pressure. "Housekeeping service for making up the room is not automatic. It is provided upon request after the second night. They have grooms for the deaf. Hey doorbell button flashes a light in the room. The included breakfast seems to be somewhat standard and consistent with the other Hampton Inn’s. The air conditioning, blackout curtains, and sound insulation provide a very pleasant environment for a good night sleep. I am legally blind and enjoyed my stay without having any difficulties."

"Pretty much what you'd expect. Pros- room was clean, pool was great, check in and out was easy. Cons- our king bed was very firm and breakfast was underwhelming. When I asked the breakfast staff to replenish some of the items they said they only offer those items every other day but I could literally see the items I was asking for put off to the side, one being the oatmeal which was halfway prepared. That guy was not pleasant."
