"We booked 3 rooms, and each has issues. The air con was not working for all 3 rooms. One of the room 105 was rather dusty, unexpected of a 4 Stars hotel. The kettle was not working. Internet was not working either. The back of the TV remote was missing in one of the room. As for the breakfast, it was a long wait, 1h30 despite we indicated that we had to leave early, and in the end we had to take part of the breakfast in takeaway bag. The receptionist was very helpful, but her service ended when she was done with her shift (approx. 5pm). We cannot understand why a 4 stars hotel does not have a 24h reception service. Totally disappointed with the stay!"
