"The main hotel building is pretty good, cozy, recently renovated, however the annex building is far from that - it has a vibe of 1980s apartment complex, also not the cleanest. Views are lovely, as well as the area around. The breakfast is pretty bad - choices are limited, quantity is such that everything runs out quickly and, generally, the restaurant is far from great, offering canteen-quality food at Michelin-starred prices."

Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you. "The property has a spa which you have access to all the time.the staff a super amazing and also welcoming, even when you check out you can still use the spa on the sale day. Thet upgrades me to a suite and I was so relaxed at the end of my stay I've booked another stay next year with my mum. It is located by the Limit river so you fall asleep to the flow of the water. "
