But this time the Sabuy Best Hotel refused her check in and said it was because she was not 19 years old yet ( she was 18 at the time) with a very rude and angry voice to my friend. Of cause there was no refund or any gesture of being friendly (minimum requirement of hospitalisation industry) from the hotel.
