Great hotel but a few details to sort out
"Most things were great but 3 niggles. The lack of a hospitality tray. I do expect tea and coffee in the room in this standard of hotel without having to ask for a kettle etc and then having to collect the tea and coffee from the bar myself. I detest the plastic undersheets! I can understand this ..."

"The first morning we woke up we had no power due to them working on some equipment elsewhere in the building. Lady at the front desk didn't seem to care too much, but we had power within 35 minutes. The hotel itself is fairly clean besides people's makeshift ashtrays that were paper cups on the railings ..."
