"Although the room was clean, it is obvious that time took a toll on this place. The towels were dingy and grey, sink faucet and shower head startee to show patina.
The distance is great as it's 1-2 blocks from the main historical street.

"I had a very enjoyable 3-day stay at Villa Angela last week. It's a beautiful house and an honor to be able to stay in just a historical space. The host was wonderful and gave us a tour of the house along with its history. The staff were very helpful--assisting me with getting laundry done and answering questions. The main room even has several books to browse on Vigan to learn more about the area, history, and culture. It was a memorable stay in this UNESCO World Heritage city."

"I'm not here to say bad things about the property but this is my experience there. I'm visiting from United States I booked months in advance ask for up stairs room was emailed back saying they look into it ok that's fine. I'm on vacation you know rest and relaxation they are having construction done and they put me in the part of the building that is being worked on every morning hammering cutting and people talking outside my room did I say I was booked for 7 days. The staff was very nice I feel I was put in the room because I am visiting from United States I maybe wrong I hope I am but this is my feelings. Also the place needs a major update they don't even have USB PORT in the rooms. The restaurant food was good with room service and the staff was very nice really my only complaints are about my room.."
