"My stay at El Almendro Hotel was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The service alone deserves more than five stars. Before I even arrived, Erika and Henri were incredible. They were attentive, responsive, and made everything seamless. They coordinated an airport driver for me — and I 100% recommend taking them up on this. The driver they arranged, José, was excellent: punctual, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I landed. Honestly, the hotel should promote this service more because it made such a difference. He drove us around the city and did two private tours for us. You can coordinate with him. The hotel itself is not fancy or luxurious — but it has everything you truly need: strong air conditioning, hot water, reliable Wi-Fi, clean and most importantly, safety. The property is gated, secure, and the staff is always present and courteous. I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The breakfast staff and housekeeping team are AMAZING — truly better service than I’ve experienced at some five-star resorts. Breakfast is included, and it’s fresh, delicious, and prepared with so much care. Every morning started off perfectly. The location is also very convenient — just minutes from MetroCentro Mall. I even ordered food through PedidosYa during my stay, and everything was a success with no issues at all. I would absolutely return and highly recommend El Almendro Hotel to anyone visiting the area. "La habitacion estaba super , la ubicacion tambien. La unica razon por cual puse 4 en ves de 5 es porque el restaurante es una decepcion. Con todos los lugares lindos que hay en granada, esta sala de comedor no da ganas de comer en el hotel en ningun tiempo de comida, es una lastima. Comimos desayuno y esta OK, ni bueno , ni malo. El personal es lindo, es un lindo hotel. Deberian pedir las llaves de los huespedes que se parquean porque casi perdimos nuestro ferry por estar bloqueado en el parqueo del hotel por otros carros, nadie sabia de quien eran estos carros que bloqueaban el mio y fue un poquito estresante sentir que no teniamos solucion. Tuvimos la suerte que justo el huesped aparecio pero se podria tener un mejor menejo de esto a futuro. "
