"We received a different room than initially booked. arriving there was a hole in our bedroom door externally.
Internally the wooden tiles in room were missing some.
The fan in the room was extremely filled with dust and not working properly - made no air or wind.
The Shower was horrendous - hot water didn't work in morning - only cold, and went completely off when hot water entered tap."

"Fomos muito bem recebidos, inclusive realizamos um check in muito simples, rápido e foi permitido realizar cedo, logo assim que chegamos, o que permitiu melhor explorar a cidade, já que ficaríamos apenas uma noite.
Propriedade para pessoas exigentes, limpeza impecável, produtos de qualidade disponíveis (sabão, toalha, roupa de cama). Linda decoração dos quartos.
Único ponto de observação é não ter ar-condicionado, no nosso caso não teve problema pois não estava calor, mas no verão, pode ser um...
