Parking was very friendly. Our pool view room was on the north side of the building and therefore the room was not very bright nor could we really even see a pool through the trees . The room was very nice with fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room and bed. "

"Best hotel in a very long time. Convenient, views for days. Tons of things to do in the resort, even tho lot of restaurants were closed aince we did visit off season. Come for the views, they are the stars of the show. My wife and i arent big on spa or golf so that wasn't big deal for us. Breakfast was phenomenal, best we had. Staff was wonderful. Easy parking is a big plus if you come with the car. Would stay again if opportunity blows us this way. "

"A beautiful hotel, great facilities and exceptional food. Lunch and cocktails in the bar, the buffet breakfasts and fine dining in Tropis were all delicious and not ridiculously priced. The staff literally couldn't do enough for us, from welcoming us, helping with luggage, booking activities and every interaction in between, everyone was very helpful, spoke beautiful English and made our trip very enjoyable.
