"A somewhat big area, poorly maintained, my chalet was in bad shape, small and built with inferior material (Have photos to prove). On top of all that, it costs more in dollars than a good Disney Hotel such as Dolphin for example. This is a typical trap for uninformed tourist such as me. That being said, the region is amazing, full of nice places to stay and good food. Just avoid this place and you will be good to go."

"Great hotel just across the street from beautiful Ipatarica Beach. Free breakfast and parking included in the price. Meticulous maid service. Walking and bike paths the entire length of the beach with kiosks to get food and drink with table service on the beach. Best location in Villa Velha. "
