"The building and premises were clean. The morning breakfast was great for a quick bite to eat. The room we stayed in was a king bed. The only thing i can say is the bed was very firm, im not used to sleeping on that style mattress. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. It was close to a publics and other amenities. "

"The hotel is central to everything Sarasota and they have various equipment to assists your stay such as beach chairs and umbrellas, sifting equipment for shark tooth hunting, floats, and many other things. They also have delicious cookies at night and the breakfast is delicious and fun for the kids with a waffle AND pancake maker!! People are warm and friendly and from all over the country!!"

"La habitación bien limpia, el personal amable. Se puede llevar mascotas. Bien ubicado, cerca del centro, el paseo en bicicleta por la orilla del mar estuvo espectacular. Gasparilla Island buena opción a 1 hora de camino. Puedes salir bien temprano y llegando sobre las 9am disfrutas de una playa divina llena de caracoles y sin problemas con el parqueo. El desayuno excelente. "

"The renovated room was very adequate, and was clean. Room 109 needs new blackout curtains! There were holes in the fabric, so you awoke to light coming thru the holes, which cheapened the room, and was not attractive. Parking lot was well lit, and people were using the pool regularly. The rocking chairs on property are a nice touch."

"Too cold for pool. Bed was comfortable with clean sheets. Can tell it is an older hotel but for our one night stay it was perfect. A/C unit was loud and my husband kept waking up but I had no problem sleeping. There is a bar/eating place nearby. "
