"Great place to stay. Breakfast in the morning. You can walk to some restaurants also. There’s a beef Brady’s just down the road within walking distance, which was very very good wonderful chicken, wings, and good beer and other libations. We will stay here again, absolutely."

"My wife and I had fire ants Wake us up at 12 am in our bed crawling on us both my wife got bit severely on her back .I contacted management and was offered a sorry and the room nextdoor at 12 am we would have to make sure everything was ant free in our room and then try to go back asleep I think not .we decided to leave at 1:30 am after making sure we would not bring fire ants with us in our car . honestly I think the manager should have offered to refund us at least that nights stay for the inconvenience and my wife's pain from biting ants from our bed but Arabs don't care about anything but renting rooms to make the owners happy .I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are a pest control technician that brings any spray with you . honestly I would have taken a option to stay at a later date next time I was in town.but GREED Don't care about any one but itself. We're looking forward to staying somewhere else in Sneads Florida next time we are here."

"Convenient location for different food options. Affordable if you’re traveling with a pet. There is a washer and dryer if you’re trying to do laundry but the dryer is held together by tape. Seemed to be working though. My room was sort of clean. The sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. But the shower was not cleaned from previous guest. Their hair was all over the shower. Decent amount of clean towels and there was shampoo conditioner and bodywash."
