"Amazing price for what it is, I was taking my 1 year old to visit her dad for Christmas time and needed a kitchen to be able to make her food the added bonus of a dishwasher and a washer/dryer was super helpful. Rooms and communal areas and staff were always helpful and nice and there is always someone at the desk to help. Also as I was leaving I struggled carrying my daughter and our many bags and the cleaner took time to help carry some of my bags down the hallway to the lift this was above...

"Room clean and well maintained.Usual expected standard of most Rooomz hotels. Apartment well provided with microwave/ oven grill. Washer. Dryer, fridge with freezer compartment .kettle, cutlery pans plates etc. Shower cubicle small but bathroom ( no bath) good design and condition. Negative points, dryer would not dry clothes, it did try. No net voile in window.Open curtains gave good view of road junction from 1st floor room, like being in a BIG SCREEN"

"A lovely stay in the penthouse with young children over a three night stay. Very effective communication and a remote replacement sorted for the main lounge tv within an hour, extremely pleased with the way the hosts were accommodating. Only downfall was the lift not working. "
