"I phoned the day before to ask for a twin room, reception confirmed I had one. When I checked in I was told it was a double and that no twin rooms were available. She offered me a voucher for a free drink in the bar for the mistake but when I tried to use it was for the restaurant and I had to buy a meal first! I asked for two key cards and was only given one. Poor first impressions at reception. At breakfast the next morning they had no tables spare so we had to sit in the bar area. It was 9.30 and breakfast was served till 10 am. They had no orange juice, cereal, no bowls or mugs for hot drinks, had to wait for these to be replaced. Bowls never came so didn't have cereal . Had to ask for bacon and the didn't offer fried eggs only scrambled. Very poorly staffed, management needs to replan for the breakfast service."
