"I read a review from some miserable sod complaining about the staff and how they expected more for their money. Well nothing could be further from the truth in my experience. The property was in good condition, the location was great. Unfortunately for me they are building a tower in front that obscures the beach view a bit. The staff were so attentive and killed you with kindness. Loved my stay."

"We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The location is excellent for exploring Da Nang, and the breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and quality each morning. What impressed us most was the exceptional customer service. We especially want to recognize Ms. Tran, who warmly welcomed us and personally showed us our room at check-in, and Ms. Lam, who remained attentive throughout our stay and continuously worked to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our room. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern were greatly appreciated. During our stay, we raised a concern about our room. Although it took some time to fully resolve, the staff took our concern seriously from the beginning, listened carefully, and made every effort to find a solution. We never felt dismissed, and the team remained committed until it was resolved to our satisfaction. For us, the true measure of hospitality is how a hotel responds when something needs attention. The team truly distinguished themselves in this respect. Combined with the excellent location, outstanding breakfast, and warm hospitality, their service made our stay memorable. We sincerely appreciate the care shown to us, particularly by Ms. Tran and Ms. Lam, and would gladly stay here again."
