"Great Hotel"

"The absolute worst resort I’ve ever been to and I’ve traveled the world. Food selection was terrible and the staff was even worse. We booked our room for 5 nights paid in full. 2 of the 5 days we went to a different place and as we were leaving staff members had the audacity to say that we’re trying to leave without checking out at the front desk to avoid paying. I’ve never been more insulted. Why does it matter if I stay somewhere else for a couple of days? My room was paid for so I should be able to come and go as I please. If you want to pay top dollar and eat bad tasting overpriced food and be disrespected by resort staff then this is the place for you. Otherwise stay away from here"

"Breakfast did not feel fresh, most 'hot' items were cooked well in advance - even at 6am thry were cold. The bacon we could not eat. Now to the noise we had a suite on the 12th floor - if we had been given notice about the event, some kind of communication regarding the loud PA and thump thump music - we eould have stayed somewhere else. The music everynight until approx . Midnight everynight was not good either. You are given ear plugs in the room - but not everyone can sleep with plugs in thier ears."

"We booked the Corner Han River View room and really enjoyed our 4D3N stay. The room view was fantastic and the rooftop pool was definitely a highlight. Breakfast was decent but did not particularly wow us. Unfortunately, our experience with Hotels.com was very disappointing. After booking, my reservation stated that the room was a smoking room. As I am sensitive to cigarette smell, I immediately contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com. Hotels.com informed me that there were no non-smoking rooms available in the same category and suggested I downgrade to a lower category room while paying even more than my original booking price. Unsure about this, I contacted the hotel directly and was told that non-smoking rooms were available. Upon check-in, the hotel staff even confirmed that all rooms in the hotel are non-smoking rooms. Had I followed Hotels.com’s advice, I would have paid extra unnecessarily and ended up with a lower category room. This is not my first bad experience with them. Previously, several of my reward nights expired despite me being a frequent user, and no proper explanation was given. The hotel itself was great, but this experience has made us lose trust in Hotels.com completely."

"Clean and well stocked room. Love the shower! Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately Pool was closed. Suggest to have better selection for breakfast buffet and switch up everyday."
