沒有河岸景觀的河岸景觀民宿

房間有異味, 冷氣不夠凍, 房內多蚊, 隔音極差, 浴室通風嚴重不足, 地點難找, 只是3層高平房完全沒有河岸景觀可言, wifi不能連接, 床是榻榻米並不是正式床, 早餐好像放了數天不吃也罷

整體來說，還算不錯，老闆很親切，附近環境很幽靜，度假的感覺還不錯，晚上都很安靜，早餐就需要加強了，能多一點選擇，會更好。

整體優良

主人好客 可與主人泡茶聊天。早餐中式稀飯 我吃素也會特別炒青菜。 附近有河堤 早起風景超美。 附近安靜。網路暢通。 停車可聽在內院。前院有池塘。

房裡有老鼠

房間很潮濕，價位很貴，但是裡面看起來就像一般大學宿舍，應有的設施也沒有。一進去房間，床上有一個老鼠屎，通知房東處理，房東那不是老鼠屎，卻也說不出所以然。晚上睡覺確實有老鼠在跑，隔天早上又看見新的老鼠屎，跟房東說，卻沒做出任何處理。只能自認倒楣。

河岸民宿的床十分舒適

比較晚到達，不過三人房的床十分的舒適，浴室空間很大，雖然早餐部分比較簡單，不過在民宿後方的魚池很多魚，水池有滿滿的蝌蚪，小朋友玩得很開心。

老闆態度冷漠，離開時沒正眼我們一眼，房間內只有廁所裡有一些衛生紙，房間內部無衛生紙。房間隔音差。整體評價中下。四人房寬敞且乾淨，有電梯且床是雙人加大。

離市區稍遠，開車要10分鐘左右。 但離一些景點如清水地熱/梅花湖則是很近很方便。

好客的主人家

我們駕車前往，跟GPS走到後門，要自行找路到正門。環境及不錯，佈置用心。晚十一時後進出需先通知，在民宿範圍內需換拖鞋。早餐為家庭式自助早餐。

住的很開心

地點比較郊區，所以便利性較低。白天租借腳踏車到附近繞一繞，空氣很清新，感覺很放鬆。老闆娘人很親切，離開還有抽獎活動，還加送我們伴手禮，非常貼心！

雖然地方有點不就腳，但是服務非常好，對客人的態度十分令人滿意。

在離開民宿的那天，遺留了一雙耳環在民宿的房間，但由於已經起程回到台北，所以致電到民宿負責人，希望他們望安排把耳環送到台北的酒店，他們也十分樂意為我立即用宅急便送到台北的酒店，讓我可以失而復得。

這次到宜蘭旅行住宿地方，沒想到有點小遠，較為偏僻，晚上溫度因為周圍區域空曠加上外面有水池使得房間溫度相當的冷！房內也沒有暖氣之類的設施，實為可惜！在浴室使用底板上的水沒有乾不知道是清潔後沒有擦乾還是...，在牆上的磁磚蠻明顯受到熱脹冷縮的關係有些爆裂用膠帶貼起來，雖說一個晚上兩千多塊的房間這些瑕疵都還可以接受，但溫度低到實在是讓人不想在房間多待，早餐很普通的清粥小菜，一樣跟許多住宿的民眾一樣有早上8點打電話進來叫你起床吃早餐，應該需要詢問一下的因為清粥小菜的話我可以考慮睡到要退房再起來...，下次會換間住住看。

床太硬, 早餐油煙味太重

兩天一夜在宜蘭的之旅，這次唯一覺得錯愕除了床太硬外，兩天早上約六點～七點就會聞到油煙味。。並且準時八點就會打電話到房間告訴你要吃早餐（早餐時間只有8-9點）．我們是去度假呀．．附近什麼都沒有，要買東西務必得開車．下次應該會有更好選擇． If you want to be disturbed in the morning with breakfast call and cooking smell or gas!!, you could stay in this b&b. We really don't know why the breakfast serves only 1 hour and you must take it.. Better choice if there is ...

前台服務親切, 知道我們可能會在關門之後回來, 仍主動提供解決方式. 四人房空間很大, 打掃乾淨, 可惜浴巾過於老舊... 早餐中規中矩, 雖不差但也缺少亮眼之處.
