"No AC, not the best option for summer. Check in and check out process is complicated."

"It was very hot when we were there in June and we had the very top room which was extremely hot and the a/c couldn’t keep up. They did bring us a fan which helped some. 401 has a lot of sloped ceiling and can be difficult to get in and out of bed with out bumping your head. The 5 flights of stairs are a lot with luggage but the staff are more than helpful offering to help take up your luggage. Location was excellent !"

They were extremely accommodating when we showed up b4 our rooms were ready; they worked to get us in early as soon as they could. They have bikes to rent, a great view, little beach area and great food. I’m excited they are expanding and adding a pool. That will be a great addition to the property"

"The hotel was small & very quaint. The rooms were just big enough & the amenities were more than sufficient. The hotel was very well situated for visiting Trogir & Split - it was nice to come back to the hotel, which was in a quiet area, away from the hustle & bustle of the centre.
