"Very nice hotel. We checked in late and the staff seemed a bit unsure on the process, perhaps it wasn't his usual role, so it took a little longer but they were still very friendly. No air conditioning in rooms which we noticed as we were traveling during a heatwave, so our room was incredibly warm. The included breakfast was wonderful and the location is incredibly convenient for visiting the Blarney Castle. Not many food options in the area late at night so be warned! We had to eat Mcdonalds...

"Nice hotel with air conditioning in the rooms. Staff were friendly but only partially helpful. A child was running around and jumping in the room above us well until midnight and the reception only told us they would “check it out but couldn’t guarantee anything.” Did not stop after speaking with them and kept us up so long I got a migraine. One staff member was very helpful and brought me a bag of ice for it. Room was comfy but had some mold in the bathroom. Not sure if I would stay again."

"The staff where all so friendly, polite and bubbly. I can't remember the young girls name that worked in the garden bar of an evening but she was the nicest person I met through out our stay in the hotel. She is a credit to the hotel and other staff members. We did find the room was very small and extremely hot. "Gorgeous house with a great snooker room/lounge for guests. Generous breakfast."
