"Room was clean and beds comfortable. After one and a half hours of being opened, the following food for breakfast was totally out: coffee, OJ, Apple Juice, bread, yogurt, eggs, sausage, waffle butter spray, spoons, pastries, plates. Had to go to the main desk and get help. The gal who helped looked like I woke her up when she came out from behind a closed door. She went to the dining area, and saw what was missing. Took her a half hour to get some eggs and semi frozen in the middle sausage out. Coffee she made was super diluted. She couldn't find the waffle butter spray. After almost an hour, help showed up and took care of issues within 10 minutes. The desk gentleman who checked us in the night before was very kind, sympatheic and apologetic. Issues beyond his control in the parking lot, where PD had to be called for assistance. He allowed extra pool time and whatever else he could do for us."

"They cleaned our room mid-stay and removed all our belongings from our room. Showed back up the second night to an empty room. They’d packed up our stuff and removed it from the room. They claimed it was due to a miscommunication with the cleaning crew. Staff seemed super helpful as first, but when we asked for some sort of compensation for the “misunderstanding” they became rude. When we asked for a manager they said it would be 4-5 days before the manager would be “back in the area and could be reached”. Room door only locked if we shoved it shut. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Carpets were sticky. Thermostat was dead and only worked sometimes. Bathroom had “F*** you” written on the toilet paper dispenser. Breakfast. What Breakfast? The cereal was powder. Juice was sitting in pitchers in a tub of room temp water (ice long melted at 7:00 am). They had yogurt and would every once in a while throw out 4 honey buns. I wouldn’t plan on it during your stay."

"We stayed last night after the Savannah Bananas baseball game. The property is older but clean. If you’re looking for an economical place to sleep in Lincoln, this is a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and staff helpful. Obviously the breakfast is basic, but it satisfied our needs for the day."

"tried to check in after already having a reservation booked. upon arrival I was immediately turned away by the front staff saying "no. you can't stay here. we overbooked. there's no rooms. there's only one room and it's a one king bed but the TV doesn't work" there are no other options. meanwhile I had a car full of 7 people wanting to relax after a long day only for me to tell them we can't stay here and everything else in Lincoln was booked. the inside smelt awful and the outside of the building was run down, signs broken, trash everywhere. in a way I'm glad I didn't get the room because after seeing the property I was not excited to stay there. I will not try this place again nor recommend it to anyone"
