"Booked an overnight stop in May. Lovely old inn in a nice village. Room was clean, comfortable bed, coffee making facilities etc. very good shower. Very peaceful stay. Food and beer in pub was very good. Friendly helpful staff. Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area."

"I rented a suite for three people and there were no sheets for the sofa bed or towels. Very limited service for a 4-star hotel. A second room also lacked towels. The hotel is showing its age."

"A great location to stay and easy to get to and from the train station. Had booked using Hotels.com and booked 2 apartments. Whatever the mix up was I got a call saying I hadn’t paid for any of them and was a total mix up. Language barrier didn’t help and would put me off doing it again"

However I noticed that the next day when I returned to flat, the flat had been cleaned and it felt a little better. The hallway to the apartment was dirty too.
